The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area.

Nice little house and nice yard. Bed was comfortable. However, living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Was dirty and very old. There is no dishwasher, which is okay...but there were no dishcloths or dishtowels to do dishes. Kitchen table and chairs were very uncomfortable. ...

Hot tub was nice, especially after a long day of trail hiking at the nearby state parks. Pool table was also nice as it was a good alternative to watching tv

Location is excellent and close to several local restaurants. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would suggest mentioning in the property details that the apartment is upstairs.
