“Very well kept property managed by Bol Homes, young professional guys. Steps from magnificent beaches away from the hype of Zlatni Rat. Mind the way back to the apartment is a steep street but that’s how things are in these places.”

“Lo que me gusto la hermosa vista que tiene, supermercado cerca y la conectividad al mar tambien. Ademas cuenta con los utensilios necesarios para una cocina. Lo que me costo un poco fue localizar el lugar, pero en general excelente lugar.”

“We spend our holiday in Bretia Apartments. We had an three bedroom apartment located in the top floor. The apartment was very clean, and the interior was modern and nice, giving enough space to our group. We had our kids and grandparents with us, and these rooms were suitable to the all of us! The pool was nice and we spent some time learning to swim and relaxing in the surrounding area. The village of Sutivan is small, and we found it very easy to walk to the beaches nearby. “Ich kann das Apartment Lenka mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Lenka ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit ist ein Wahnsinn. Sehr sehr sauber alles ( 1000%). Das Apartment ist vollausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Die Lage auch Top. Strand, Geschäfte, Zentrum ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Man kann auch die Waschmaschine nutzen. Lenka perfect! ”

“Väldigt ren och trevlig lägenhet, bra balkong. Lägenheten ligger nära till strand och centrum men det är en brant backe upp till boendet. Kommunikationen var bra med värden men det var oklart vem vi skulle kontakta och hur kontakten skulle ske.”

“Fin utsikt och rummet var bra. En härlig terrass att sitta på. Man fick gå uppför en jätte brant backe för att komma till lägenheten. Hon som hyrde ut var jätte trevlig men kunde ingen engelska så kommunikationen var lite svår. När vi skulle checka ut så var ingen hemma och jag skrev till dom men jag fick inget svar. Så det var lite synd ”

"La struttura è bella, moderna, nuova, pulita, accogliente e in una posizione magnifica. Ho soggiornato per due notti con il mio compagno e, grazie ad un upgrade, abbiamo avuto la stanza con il balcone. Stanza comodissima, abbiamo avuto al nostro arrivo dei cocktail di benvenuto e dei biscottini. Piscina meravigliosa sul rooftop, con sevizio bar e ristorante. Colazione ottima, oltre al buffet si poteva chiedere per dei piatti espressi e caffetteria. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, anche la famosa spiaggia zlatni rat si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci ritornerei senz’altro!"
