Guest house a Brazza

“What a magnificent view!!! Would love to stay longer. Everything was absolutely perfect.”

“オーナーの方がエステサロンをしたの階でされてて、特別価格で施術受けさせてもらいました！旅の疲れがほぐれました。 部屋からの眺望はフヴァル一です！レイトチェックお願いしたら快く対応してくれました。清潔感もあるし可愛いお家です。ホームステイに行った気分でした。また必ず伺います。Anna さんもありがとうございました。”

“Piacevole soggiorno presso la bella Spalato. Camera molto carina e muro a pietre molto nello. Gentile l’accoglienza da parte di Marko. Siamo stati bene!”

“When you click on the photos for your reserved room, there are 64 photos showing what appears to be all the different rooms and areas of the hotel. This can be quite misleading, as you may think you are booking a ground-floor room based on some of the photos, only to arrive and be given a second-floor room. The room also did not have a toaster or microwave, even though a microwave appears in one of the photos. There was also no proper shower. To use the handheld shower, you have to kneel down...

“Pulizia in generale pessima! Peccato perché la camera bella spaziosa! A colazione poca scelta e molto stretto dove si mangia!”

“Great staff and room. No amenities at all in building. Walk up units. Location was very good at N edge of walled city. Park next-door had a food fest which was fun but live music Sat night a bit loud. Nevertheless, we would recommend”

“Great location in Split. Everything was easily walkable and the room was very nice. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating.”

“Residence Stein is a gem in Split. First, it has an elevator which is unusual in an older building. The staff are helpful and warm, my room was spacious (room and bath) with good storage for luggage/stuff. I love having breakfast on-site as it is easier to start the day. It’s location is great for getting into the city center and all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again-”
