  • This stunning 2 bed/ 3 bath home is tucked away on French St. where guests can enjoy the quiet area of town, while still being close to lively Main Street! This stunning home looks directly at the peaks and has a gorgeous view over downtown.
    Enjoy the aesthetics of this fully remodeled, 2-bedroom home. During the day, soak up the sun and the views on the wide-open deck with a private hot tub. Take a short walk onto Main St. where you can access all the stores, world-class restaurants, coffeeshops, The Gondola, and more! This home is on the free bus shuttle route and has a parking space.
    Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed and bedroom two has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a private en suite bathrooms.
    The main floor has an open layout, which makes it feel very spacious! This is great for groups and families. The living room has a murphy bed, and the main floor has a full bathroom. Overall, this outstanding home is a perfect place to enjoy everything that Breckenridge has to offer.

We’ll be back.

Love the location, it took us 9 minutes to walk to the Gondola. Loved the view from the hot tub at night, watched the Snowcats groom the Mountain. Obviously, you don’t need to drive anywhere once you settle in. If you need to rent equipment, love the peeps at Base Mountain Sports on Main, it’s right by the Gondola so you could drop off your equipment your last day.

Great Location

The place was located perfectly to walk all over Breck. The house is overall what you would expect. One negative was it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. However the management team took care of it immediately and checked on us regularly to be sure it was good. I do recommend this place if you want to be in town.

The private hot tub on the deck is wonderful after a day of skiing. The kitchen, living room, and deck have amazing views of the Breckenridge ski runs on the mountain! We highly recommend this property and will be back.
