“Customer service lady was mean checking us in. No central air conditioning or heating. Room had some what fans. Clean but no amenities like fridge, iron, or microwave. Will I recommend it, yeah if you are on a low budget. If you want quality service, then don’t book this.”

“1) the mattress will seem comfortable. 2) for breakfast I ordered pastries for my room.. I also reminded them again before the bar closed. They said that they would be deliver this to my room. This never happened.”

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...
