This bright and modern vacation rental has a living area of approximately 63 m², is located on the first floor of the Arkonablick building, and can accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with light-colored wood furniture. The living area features a sofa corner with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware, along with a dining table.
The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a storage room for your luggage and beach essentials.
Your four-legged friends are welcome and can enjoy the garden located behind the dunes. A dog-friendly beach is located just fifty meters away.
The building has an underground parking garage. The parking space assigned to the apartment is marked with the number 4. Currently inaccessible due to construction work!
The apartment has Wi-Fi.

The municipality of Breege / Juliusruh has announced that the streets “Ringstraße” and “Am Waldwinkel” will be undergoing renovation from mid-October 2025 through the end of August 2026.

Access to the building entrances is currently only possible via the construction site.

The entire construction project is divided into two phases and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2026.
