House "Meeresbrise" - Holiday apartment 4 "Close to the beach"

This modernly furnished vacation apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Juliusruh, in the Meeresbrise apartment building, which was newly constructed in 2015. Just about 3 minutes from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the complex features only a few residential units as well as a shared garden with barbecue facilities. Each apartment has a designated parking space directly at the property. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

The bright and cozy “Strandnah” vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people, is located—as the name suggests—right near the beach on the first floor of the newly built building. You enter this inviting apartment through the hallway, which leads to the spacious and bright living area featuring a comfortable seating area, a dining area with a flat-screen TV, and an integrated kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchen includes, in addition to various cooking utensils and plenty of dishes and cutlery, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The dining table is large and offers plenty of space for hearty meals. From the living room, you have direct access to the adjoining terrace, which features seating and its own beach chair. Enjoy starting your day here with a hearty breakfast or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The sound of the sea is guaranteed! The apartment’s sleeping arrangements include a spacious master bedroom with a double box-spring bed, a children’s bedroom with two single box-spring beds and another flat-screen TV, as well as a couch in the living room that sleeps one person. The modern bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and, of course, a toilet. Since the entire apartment is barrier-free and located on the first floor, it is not wheelchair-accessible but is nonetheless suitable for wheelchair users. To ensure a carefree family vacation, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a DVD player. Your pets are welcome for an additional fee. The Baltic Sea is only about 80 m away and can be easily and conveniently reached on foot, without the hassle of looking for parking.
