“I called because I arrived early and asked for early check-in. I was told I have received a phone call in about an hour. I never received a call so I drove to the location, I waited 14 minutes in the lobby for someone from the front desk to come, and the only reason they did is because one of the housekeeping employees went and found her.

“The morning staff at the desk was ok but the housekeeping was horrible, they did not change Our sheets on our beds, the trash was still there when we came back from our event. And the sheets looked like they never been changed, there were spots on the pillow cases etc. The night staff was amazing they gave us clean sheets to put on our beds and they were just great. ”
