The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and cooled by air conditioning in the summer.
The apartment features a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, range hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. So you’ll be perfectly equipped to prepare a hearty homemade breakfast, a quick lunch, or dinner in the evening.
The bright and spacious full bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a large bathtub. The separate toilet, which is part of the vacation rental and located inside the apartment, is accessible from both the apartment hallway and the full bathroom.
In addition to the double bed for two people located in a separate bedroom, you also have the option of accommodating up to two additional guests on the sleeper sofa in the living/dining area.
The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels.
