“Ein richtig tolles Hotel, direkt am Medembogen. Super Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, bezahlbares und leckeres Abendmenü. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kleiner Fitnessraum, Kanuverleih. Gegenüber befindet sich das Sole Bad mit schönem Saunagarten und vielen Saunen. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten am Elbdeich. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. ”

“Wir sind insgesamt zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles, wonach ich fragte (z.B. Haartrockner), ist mir direkt zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist Internetverbindung - die gab entweder sehr schwach oder überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wenn man beim Aufenthalt im Hotel etwas beruflich machen muss bzw. Telefonieren, ist es ein Problem. Sonst danke schön! Angemessene Qualität für einen guten Preis. ”

Probleme werden schnell gelöst (Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung und der Duschkopf war undicht) Innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wurde ein neuer Duschkopf angebracht. Das Essen war hervorragend (Übernachtung Frühstück gebucht) und die Auswahl am Buffet wahr defintiv ausreichend und wurde kontinuierlich frisch nachgefüllt. “Jeg og mine to teenagere skulle bruge et billigt hotel på vej mod Frankrig. Vi blev meget forsinket på vej derned og receptionen lukker kl 20 i forhold til tjek ind. Men de ringede os op og forklarede hvordan deres selv-chek-in service fungerede og vi fik koden. Alt forløb uden problemer da vi kom frem og vi fik vores kort og værelse. En super fin lille to værelses lejlighed, super komfortable senge og en god sovesofa i seperat rum. Fint badeværelse. Meget rent og pænt. OBS der er dog lidt støj...
