Beware of street noise on weekends especially if you have to sleep with the windows open. Parking spot was very useful especially if renting a car to drive outside of Seattle and explore. Overall, was very clean and well equipped for anyone’s stay in Seattle. ”

We visited in late July with daytime temps in the high 80s, but the A/C unit in the living room kept the whole apartment cool, provided that we kept bedroom doors open at night. This location is walkable to a lot of stuff, but most importantly a coffee/breakfast sandwich place across the street and a coffee/doughnut place next door. Ashlie offers a parking spot, but we did not need it because you can walk almost everywhere from this location. ...

“This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. ”
