“Such nice views”

“Note: All adults have to show id for the room. Our room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to be reassigned. After that, it was a fine stay. Good job on maintaining a quality breakfast, keeping everything full and the space clean.”

“Older but clean and changes obviously made to improve. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Very nice view, lots of wildlife to see so bring binoculars !!. Very helpful and friendly staff. Did not try the breakfeasts. Not much left after previous guests. Normally eggs, bacon, waffles usual breakfeast. Small fridge , microwave in room. Tiny coffee pot. Close buy to grocery stores and restaraunts.”

“Staff not answering phone calls”

“The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone.”

“Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm. Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia. Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock. Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it. Bed was ok. Quiet room. Parking was a cluster when first arriving.”

“My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...
