This comfortable and modern chalet in a quiet and secure residential area (keypad gate and video surveillance) will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure thanks to the large heated indoor swimming pool, the play area for young children, the boules court, and the proximity to the beach, which is 2 km away, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing, water sports (sailing, kitesurfing, surfing), walking or horse riding.



The living space comprises three distinct areas: the open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an American-style fridge, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle; then the dining area where you can gather around good meals; and finally the nicely furnished lounge, a cosy corner to relax in front of the television.



Once night falls, you will be able to go and rest in one of the 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and television, the second with a double bed and the last with a trundle bed. The chalet can thus comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.



At your disposal, two bathrooms and two toilets for maximum convenience.



Community swimming pool, covered and heated to 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November) unsupervised.



You will be able to park up to 2 cars in front of the chalet. Within the property, it is forbidden to charge electric cars on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
