This is a welcoming and recently built chalet of 76 m² located in Bretignolles-sur-Mer. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The rental features a garden with a 32 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a gas plancha, and access to a heated communal swimming pool (heated to 25°C in winter and 28°C in summer). Within the house itself, you will find an iron, a hairdryer, board games and a television (55 inches). As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a toaster.



For your convenience, you will have two private outdoor parking spaces available near the accommodation. On the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
