Ottima posizione a 30 minuti da Storyland, il Villaggio di Babbo Natale e North Conway

Grande casa a schiera con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni, può ospitare fino a 14, 12 in camere da letto più divano letto matrimoniale nella camera familiare inferiore. Grande sala grande con soffitto a cattedrale; camino; vista sulle montagne e sulle piste da sci di Bretton Woods (62 piste - la più lunga 2 miglia!) dalla grande sala e sul ponte. Completamente attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno per godervi - non c'è bisogno di portare nulla tranne i vostri vestiti / sci o attrezzatura per arrampicata / escursionismo / kayak ecc. Cucina moderna completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili, pentole, padelle di cui avrete bisogno; tutte le nuove lenzuola, coperte, trapunte, cuscini, asciugamani / salviette (anche nuove) fornite, carta igienica, carta da cucina, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, grandi sacchetti di immondizia, frullatore, caffettiera e filtri, tutti i piatti, bicchieri da bere e da vino, caffè tazze, grill a gas esterno (deve essere rimosso dal condominio), buon forno, 2 frigoriferi con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frullatore, pentola a cottura lenta, lavatrice, asciugatrice - in effetti tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno - basta portare le vostre cose e rilassare! Importante: abbiamo rilevatori di monossido di carbonio / fumo su tutti e tre i livelli, sono alimentati da 120 volt con batteria di riserva (le batterie sono state sostituite il 1 marzo 2018). C'è una videocamera di sicurezza esterna puntata sul parcheggio.

Perfect spot for hiking, Santa’s Village and more!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious! My sister and I stayed with our families and had a wonderful time! Very impressed with the accommodations. We have stayed in the area in similar townhouses and prefer the layout and decor this one has to offer. Located within walking distance of Mount Washington Resort, great hiking trails and Santa’s Village within 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this property and will be back!

Beautiful, clean and great views

This town house had everything needed for 10 people ranging from 1 to adult. Plenty of toys to keep the children occupied. There was also lots of room for all with comfortable beds and furniture, a nice fireplace, and all you need to make a meal. We visited Santas Village, it was a great location, less than half hour. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We would love to return next year!

Amazing Wedding Get Away Location

One of my family members had a welcome reception for her wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel followed by the wedding and reception at Omni Rosebrook Lodge. Fantastic location close to both venues. We could see the gondola and Rosebrook Lodge from the back deck of the unit. We loved the unit. Plenty of room for the 9 people who stayed. 4 bedrooms all with king beds. Two of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The lower bedrooms share a bathroom. Half bath on the main floor. Lots of space to get ready for the wedding. We did some exploring and saw the beautiful fall foliage. I can't imaging how fun this unit would be if you were an avid skier! Such a fantastic location. Would stay here again and would recommend for a vacation and/or a place to stay for a wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Well kept, clean with everything we needed.

Family Weekend Getaway

Our favorite place to stay! We look forward to staying here every year. The condo has everything we need and the location is superb; in the middle between North Conway and Lincoln. The view of Bretton Woods is gorgeous and Mt Washington is right around the corner. We love to walk the Loop too. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

Family trip

We spent 3 days with our extended family going to Santas village. This is our second time staying in this lovely condo and it was just as good as we remember! Everything is clean, not broken, great family room in the basement with kids toys. Only wish it had a/c bit the basement bedroom stay cool.

Excellent home. The house was perfect. The condo had absolutely everything. Beautiful views from the deck. Plenty of room and toys for the grandkids. The parking area spots allocated for the condo were occupied by other tenants. I highly recommend.

White Mountains Getaway

This property is awesome, spacious and comfortable with excellent views of Bretton Woods ski resort. We had a great time in the area tagging 5 of the 48 4,000 footers. Communication with Bob was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Santa's Village trip

Nice place with enough room for our group. the location is good for a lot of different agendas. Ours was Santa's Village and it worked good for that. Not enough parking right at the house was the only draw back.

Love, love, love this place!

Perfect place for our family. Mid way between Franconia and North Conway. Beautiful location with beautiful view. Rental had absolutely everything we needed included pots and pans, spices, utensils, small appliances. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful!

We attended a wedding at the Omni Hotel and this location was a perfect spot! We were able to shift between locations with ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a spot to stay in the area.
