L'ultima esperienza "Playroom". Ti sei appena presentato! Anche se, situato a 5 minuti dal centro di Brevard!

"Casa Grande Playroom" Edificio enorme con serratura digitale senza chiave per porte anteriori e posteriori (ogni stanza è privata), eccellente per i motociclisti (i club viaggiano in branco), riunioni di famiglia, ritiri aziendali, feste di matrimonio, ecc. Sala giochi molto pulita e grande! la costruzione ha 7.000 piedi quadrati Cucina, sala TV, camere da letto più dormienti MAI, bagni molto carini e docce con grande doccia con acqua calda infinita), e 3 patii con focolare all'aperto. L'area offre eccezionali attività ricreative all'aperto:
• Minuti da Downtown Brevard (anche se, quando sei qui, ti senti lontano dal nulla).
• A 15 minuti dalle foreste nazionali e statali ... questo posto non è solo famoso per il miglior trekking e mountain bike, ma anche per tutte le bellissime cascate, che hanno guadagnato il soprannome di "La terra delle cascate"."
• "Casa Grande" è sulla strada che ospita The Assault on the Carolinas e migliaia di ciclisti su strada ricreativi ogni anno. "Playroom Inn" ha 3 camere e ognuna può ospitare 4 persone:

# 1 camera - Letto queen size (2 posti letto)
                   Letto a castello (posti letto 2)

# 2 room - Queen size bed (sleeps 2)
                   Divano letto (2 posti letto)

# 3 room - Queen size bed (sleeps 2)

Nella sala principale: campo da basket al coperto, tavolo da ping-pong, biliardino, zona salotto e zona pranzo, attrezzature sportive e cinema a schermo intero. Abbiamo nuovi materassi Tempur-pedic in stile Breeze (molto comodi, ma non caldi)
• Ogni materasso viene pulito a vapore dopo ogni utilizzo.
• Tutta la biancheria e la biancheria da letto (asciugamani, strofinacci, lenzuola, cuscini e piumone) vengono lavati con detergente organico e il passaggio finale è disinfettare con vapore.

Family Fun & Comfort in the Heart of Brevard

We stayed at this fantastic home in Brevard the week of June 23rd and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of five—and could have easily fit more! The indoor basketball court was the kids’ favorite feature, with the pool table coming in a close second. We enjoyed movie nights with plenty of comfy seating, and the industrial-style touches like exit signs and paper towel dispensers added a fun, unique vibe. The hot tub was spotless and relaxing, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and grilling. We loved eating out on the porch and appreciated having a washer and dryer to keep things easy. The property is beautiful, with a pond across the street that our dogs loved exploring. A short walk took us to a park with an in-ground trampoline—another big hit with the kids! The location was ideal—close to Brevard, Rosman, and lots of waterfalls. We went horseback riding, tubing, and even slid down a waterfall. Great breweries nearby, too!Highly recommend this home for families looking for fun, comfort, and adventure.

Definitely a great place to stay with large families with kids. Plenty to do and enjoy, with nice surroundings throughout the compound. The basketball court was definitely one of the hi-lights as games were played throughout the evenings. Nice to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring the surrounding area as well. Other than a few cleanliness issues (main couch could use a good cleaning, some mold in the a/c, and some rodent and ants visits), I would still recommend overall for anybody (especially with kids) that would enjoy a fantastic stay with incredible and wide variety amenities for everyone.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Grande. The property is absolutely beautiful with a lot to see and do. The kids and adults loved the open gym space, as well as the pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey table and foosball. I would absolutely stat here again.

Very unique stay.

I don't think you'll find a place quite like this. It's like a big game room with 3 comfortable private bedrooms off to the side. Very ample kitchen. Great for big groups of people. We had a family reunion there with all age groups and everyone loved it. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The best place to stay for families!

We stayed here on a family trip after Christmas and it was perfect for us! We had very little people to 70+ year olds. Everyone was entertained with the indoor gym, pool and ping pong tables, hot tubs, and fire pit. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was very adequate. We also rented the Pure Vida Cottage next door and it was so nice. I accidentally posted the review for the big house on the Pure Vida Cottage reviews. Sorry if this causes confusion. If you need more bedrooms, add cottages. This is beautiful property with caring, communicative owners.

While our ages ranged from a one yr old to two in their 70's, it was a wonderful experience for us all. While I am certain that the surrounding area would have been nice, not a member of my family (including toddlers, elementary school age, junior high and high school, adults in their 30's and 40's, a couple in their 70's) wanted to leave the Casa Grande. There was something for everyone. The place gets 👍👍👍👍👍 from every member of our family.

Wow! Amazing place for a large group of friends!

A large group travel to Brevard every October for a week of mnt biking and we finally found the perfect place. 3 individual bedrooms with bunk beds in the loft along with plenty of couches. Indoor basketball court, portable boom obx, pingpong, foosball, couches on wheels. Its truly a party place. Great kitchen amenities and long table for group dinners. If you have a family get together or a group wanting to mnt bike, this is your go to place. Plenty of parking too. Minutes from Brevard, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent this place every year moving forward!

Fun place for Mountain Bikers

Everything was great. The kitchen could use an update, like adding a dishwasher or a sponge to wash dishes. But overall we had a great time. Location was great for mountain biking, close to grocery stores and breweries.

Family trip during a snow(storm)

We mostly enjoyed our time at the Casa Grande. The space heaters were enough to keep us warm even with the snowy conditions. There were games, toys, tvs and comfortable beds. The hot tub never worked for us which was a big bummer since it is in the title of the place. They did offer us use of another one that we drove to, then hiked through knee deep snow to get to; but it wasn't conducive to hauling kids up there and out into the snow after being wet, so we only tried that once. The ladder to the game room is quite steep, and the slide a bit precarious so anyone under 5 should probably be under close supervision. The kids loved the gym in the middle of the space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Cindy brought us salt when we requested some for cooking, and they also brought rugs to keep the snow melt from seeping onto the gym floor. We appreciate those efforts.

My teenagers couldn’t stop

Incredible stay! We had 4 teenagers, 4 adults, and 2 grandparents and EVERYONE loved it! The teenagers kept thanking us over and over! Unheard of! They loved playing basketball, air hockey, foosball, and of course sliding down the indoor slide! And watching a movie on the screen size of an actual movie theater was insane and amazing! It was a little difficult to get them to leave the house each day, however the surrounding area had so much to offer! We were so close to the national forest that we would hike every day, enjoy the stores and shops in Brevard and Asheville, and then come back to the most fun, relaxing, and comfortable place to stay ever! Perfect place for three or four families who want to have fun together, and yet want to have their own space. Each bedroom has its own mini fridge, storage, and TV. When you are feeling more social, the house kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and everything you need for a family dinner and is a great place to gather together! If you have small children, no problem, just bring a baby gate to put at the bottom of the loft stairs. Overall, we loved it, and we will be returning again soon! Our children are demanding it!

Great place to stay! So much fun

Casa Grande was a great place to stay. It was quiet and very clean. Plenty of things to do without leaving the “Casa.” Basketball court, pool table, air hockey and a hot tub! I would definitely recommend this place. Close to everything too.

Special family holiday, couldn't have been a better fit for our family. So much to do, all inside the house! Perfect for for all the ages in our party, little ones to grandparents. Great, unconventional place for active kids!

The house itself was great but the property was the real star. My kids loved the trampoline, the outdoor chess and connect four sets, the pond, and the cat. It’s a converted building so the layout is unconventional (bathrooms on the opposite side from the bedrooms) but was great for a week with kids and just a 10 minute drive from some of the best family hiking spots in the state. Cindy was helpful a d wonderful.

4th of July visit to Brevard

Great property if you have active children and teenagers. Casa Grande had plenty of room inside for games of every type including basketball to keep everyond of all ages busy. The property itself was quite spacious and very enjoyable to just walk and enjoy the outdoors.

So much fun!

Just stayed for two nights while dropping off a child at camp near by. The Casa Grande is a kid, or kid at heart, paradise. Took 8 boys, ages 12-21. Enough room for everyone, including me (solo 46 year old mom). The boys enjoyed the b ball court, pool table, huge chess set & connect four & near by outdoor recreation. I enjoyed a glass of wine & a book by the lovely pond. The beds were comfy & the bedrooms nicely decorated. Know going in that the bathrooms are shared. There are two full bathrooms that are very well maintained. Everyone said they’d like to come back next year.

Just what we needed

After 4 months of quarantine, my family of seven needed a change of pace. We wanted a place that would be away from any Covid hotspots and would have enough on-site entertainment/activities that we could stay put. Casa Grande was more than we could have hoped for! My kids, from age 4-16, all had a great time, as did Mom and Dad. My only less-than-glowing input would be that if you have very little kids, there are a few safety considerations to keep an eye on - trampoline without a net, for example. This was not a problem for us but I think it bears mentioning. Overall, we loved the place, the town, the hosts, and the invaluable family time. If the quarantine goes on for much longer, we'll have to book another visit.

Perfect for families!

"Best place ever!" was the concensus by all 4 of our children! The bedrooms were so clean, cozy and well appointed, then you walk out of the bedrooms and you are in a fantastic playroom! Plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax at the same time. Awesome for kids to be able to play and run both inside and out. Absolutely wonderful host family, my kids really enjoyed getting to meet and spend time with their new friends :) Highly recommend and cant wait to have an opportunity to return!
