Hotel vicino a Brewery Arts Center - Carson City

“Did not know that the hotel was being renovated and we were put in the old part of the plaza hotel,”

“This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had.”

“The room was clean and wonderful. The main breakfast choice, though hearty, is on the unhealthy side, though there is an option for oatmeal only. This is a problem since there is no protein with it; of course, you could order an egg à la carte. The restaurant is handy, but you have to work to find something that is actually good for you and tastes good, too.”

“Basically there was no breakfast. Granola bar and some cookies. The shower was great, the bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the space could use a paint job, chipped paint on the walls etc..”

“L'hotel non e' frequentato da bella gente; sembra che per alcuni sia il posto fisso dove abitare. Siamo stati due notti, e non sono passati a fare la camera. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”

“My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”

“The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“No in-room coffee or small refrigerator. No working ice machines. No free breakfast or even free coffee.”
