When we arrived at the property, it was clean and neat. Floors were wood laminate throughout which we preferred over carpet and were very easy to keep clean. The home was in one of the golf villages which was extremely well maintained. Appliances were in working order, but kitchen accessories could have been better. Few glasses, sparse silverware, unsharpened knives, and overall disorganized. Although the owner clearly stated that they did not have membership privileges, the VRBO description listed a pool as an amenity which we could not use and were very disappointed. Also, there was no gas grill, which was listed in the amenities. When asked, the owner said it had broken, and they could not replace it. Given the price we paid, I felt this was unacceptable. This should not have been listed in the amenities. Since we were there for 2 weeks, this was a major inconveniece.Dayan was very responsive anytime we contacted her. This ia our favorite location on the Cape since it is centrally located and will return to the area several times next year.
