“Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

“The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location is great for heading out to just about anywhere on the Cape. It is on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night, so we did not mind. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A great place to stay!”

“Perfect cottage with beautiful, tasteful decor. Seems very updated. Comfy beds, pillows and couches. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee, creamer and spices. (You will need to bring condiments). Great central location. Very responsive owner. Would give more stars if that were an option.”

“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”
