    The Space:

    Just a short drive from multiple beaches, this quiet and spacious Brewster home has it all! Some of your favorite memories will be made outside, in the expansive outdoor space, equipped with a large patio, grill, and yard games. This space is the perfect location for sunset grilling sessions and evening cocktail cheers. Adult bikes are also available for when you'd prefer to explore the neighborhood. Extend the opportunities for amusement by visiting the nearby Dennis Pines Golf Course, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Stony Brook Grist Mill, and Crowes Pasture Conservation Area. Back at your home away from home, settle down in front of the living room's large smart TV or engage in some playful competition over a board game. With DVDs and streaming capabilities available, you'll never run out of things to watch! Follow the home's elegant decorations into the fully equipped kitchen, displaying granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This home features two 'main bedrooms': Bedroom 1: Located on the 1st floor, this room includes a king bed and a full en suite bathroom. The clothes washer and dryer are conveniently located here. Bedroom 2: Situated on the 2nd floor, this bedroom also offers a king bed and a full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Found on the 2nd floor, this room is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 4: Also on the 2nd floor, this bedroom provides two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath, known as a 'powder room,' located off the living room on the 1st floor. Moreover, the house is equipped with a total of four TVs: 50” smart TV with Firestick and DVD player in the living room 48” smart TV in the three-season room 40” TV with Firestick in the 1st-floor master bedroom 40” TV with Firestick in the 2nd-floor master bedroom As you explore the rest of the home, you will find four inviting bedrooms, all adorned with soft linens, central air, and ample storage space. Home is well stocked. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals also outdoor grill. House is very comfortable and works well for family get-together. Excellent location close to restaurants, beach and golf. We will be staying there again.

Roomy but Cozy Home

This home has all the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, appliances and even spices. The A/C was cold and the 4 bedrooms were roomy with plenty of space for everyone. Our favorite was the four season room at the back of the house, great for winding down at the end of the day, game night and afternoon naps! The house is a quiet neighborhood, and a 10-15 min drive to Bay or ocean beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

A relaxed accommodation

Everything was what it was supposed to be the only problem was there was a nest of ground bees right underneath the barbecue. All we did was move the barbecue but the bees should be taken care of as they were very large ground burrowing bees that could probably give the very nasty bite.
