“Shower flooded during stay. Maintenance never came back to fix it. Couldn't get a shower before having to drive 8 hrs home. Was told credits could only be given through the 3rd party company that we booked through and not directly from the hotel. Disappointing because we always stay here. Staff is willing to help however it took an hour to get bath towels to the room.”

“There were needles left in the bathroom , CHEWED gum sitting on top of the AC unit , old crusted food/ throw up on the boxspring . I was in town for a funeral and literally had no choice but the stay here because it was the last room available in town ! There is NO staff available through the night to help or answer any questions .
