“The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive.”

“The room was available at a cheap price so you only get which you pay for. Basically I can’t really complain because of the price, but the furniture was old and stained. The beds were not comfortable. There was water on the floor in between the beds why I don’t know the toilet would not blush for a very long time. I had to keep flushing, although check-in was quick and service was good. I guess not too much not too little type of service but overall the only time I would ever stay here again is...

“Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Easy check in process. The perfect stay for families. 5 mins away from Target. Slim Chicken is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. 8 minutes away from the Okaloosa Pier.
Breakfast was well seasoned and plenty of variety. I loved the Hot Cakes machine. Check out was easy. Definitely coming back!”

“Check in was easy. The room was clean. I booked this hotel based on a few amenities, the hot tub being the main one. Regrettably the hot tub was broken! My key card stopped working the night before I checked out. Other than that, the property was clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast (mostly the eggs) left alot to be desired.
If you need a reasonably priced place to stay for a couple of nights (2 max) this is the place. Anything longer, find an alternative.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“I booked here because there were several reviews on how clean this location was. I loved the size of the suite but there were a few issues. I can say that the staff was really nice but maybe not enough of them to really keep the property super clean. The breakfast buffet was nice but difficult for staff to maintain cleanliness of the buffet, tables, and trash while people were eating.
