“Very friendly staff and very clean”

“My family and I stayed here for just one night, and it was adequate for a quick stopover. The hotel and rooms were clean enough, though the room itself was on the smaller side compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Our room also didn't have a very pleasant view. On the positive side, the parking was adequate and fine for our needs. However, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to what you usually get at similar hotels. It works fine if you just need a clean place to sleep for a night,...

“Really relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Wish they had parking for guests who booked a stay. The available appointments for massages were zero.”

“The hotel was advertised as being newly renovated, but the shower and fixtures were not. They were old and dirty. The only Elevator was extremely slow and dirty looking. Also, at checkout I was charged $5 plus per day for a parking fee even though I had prepaid through Expedia which was supposed to include ALL fees and taxes.”

“When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight. I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. “The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for walking around downtown. We had breakfast in the Recess restaurant, which was superb. We will be back!”
