“If you like older style hotels, this would be ideal for you. We like the style and layout. Staff were friendly but forgot to give us the resort robes and wifi info. Not a huge deal but had to check back twice for the resort robes. Understaffed at check in but line up moved quickly. We stayed in the main hotel. Room has what you would need for a short 2-night stay. It was hot with little to no air flow, so we kept the fan on the whole night. Mostly clean except for hair in the tub and wall. The...

“My daughter was travelling alone. It took 12 hours to get over the passes and she was too tired to keep going so I tried to get her a hotel. The hotel turned her down at the front desk because she did not have a physical credit card on her. It took us another hour and a half to get her to another room where I was able to sign a form over my email authorizing her to be able to use my credit card over the phone.She was scared and thought she was going to have to sleep in a parking lot overnight....
