“Our stay at the Carmel Apartments in Falkirk was a wonderful reminder that you should never judge a book by its cover—or in this case, an apartment! From the outside it looked fairly ordinary, but stepping inside was a completely different story. The apartment was modern, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One feature that made my day was the washer-dryer combo, iron and ironing board which is always a welcome luxury when you're several weeks...

“We were on a narrowboat vacation out of Falkirk and used this as our first night so we could get to the wheel early the next day. The host was great ("the secret to locking a door in the UK is to hold up on the handle while you turn the key") and there was a small Indian take-away shop a few doors down with good prices and friendly service- I now love Irn-Bru. Thanks to our host for a restful start to an excellent holiday.”
