"Only 1 person at desk for busy check in. Dining room staff very junior and inexperienced. Ringing orders for pick up from kitchen ruined any enjoyment. Ate 2 main meals. Asked to have cab in morning and it was 15mins late. Elevator was slow and not always working."

"Great place to stay, close to the town centre or train station. Really helpful landlady, allowed us to check in earlier, allowed us to check out late and then stay in the lounge for a while before our bus. Great breakfast as well"
