“When I checked in on Friday afternoon, I asked the customer checkin person if there was going to be live music that night. He said yes. I also asked him if I could extend my stay by one day. He said the hotel was full for Saturday night. As it turned out, there was no music. Also, the hotel was not full for Saturday night; I checked on-line to learn there were still rooms available for Saturday night. Just incredibly lazy responses that cost the hotel another night from me.”

“Services in room, replenishment, toiletries, towels etc not done. The older was rundown. Moving to the newer tower was an up charge of $175 per night. .Restaurant evening service poor. Vanessa pool side service was excellent! Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach. We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties. ”

“Pricey. Our room has no window that can be opened or balcony. And if you want to go to the beach and use their umbrellas or chairs you have to pay. Not even a discount you pay the same price that people that don’t come from the hotel. Very expensive for what it is.”

Ho scelto la stanza con la cucina e mi sono trovata una stanza praticamente identica a quella senza con la differenza di un lavandino e una piastra ad induzione con un fornello. Zero sedie zero tavolino, della serie cucini poco e mangi sul letto oppure in piedi . Non è assolutamente giustificabile la differenza di prezzo per i servizi di questa ipotetica cucina .
