Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Bridgeville

“To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before. The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help. At breakfast...

“We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. “Very beautiful place, parking easy, bar fun. Very nice room, just missing a few things in the bath (robe hook, soap dish for the shower, mat on floor of shower (very slippery otherwise), a seat of some kind). Otherwise a terrific stay. Great neighborhood too.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
