Stunning Vermont Mountain Escape Minutes to Skiing

Our recently renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled away in a tranquil setting and was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. With 2 living rooms, a media room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, a spacious screened in porch and patio with hot tub, there's plenty of room to entertain and for your whole group to spread out and relax!

Staying in Bridgewater is the best of both worlds - you're only 15 minutes from the heart of charming Woodstock and from the slopes at Killington. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a winter sports lover or just seeking a relaxing getaway, you'll find it here. The best of Vermont in any season is right outside your door!

Main floor:
- Open fully stocked, eat in kitchen with large island and 4 bar stools, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee), tea kettle, cookware, serveware and dinnerware etc.
- Living room with comfy sectional and mounted flat screen TV
- Second living room with ample seating and a corner with an assortment of musical instruments
- Large dining room with seating for 8 and lots of natural light
- Full bathroom with double shower head
- French doors that open onto the screened in porch

Second floor:
- King bedroom with desk - perfect for working from home (if you must)

- Full bathroom with shower and tub

Lower floor:
- Media room with oversized, plush sectional, smart TV and Bose audio system
- Game corner with table and a variety of board games
- Bedroom with 2 full size beds
- Ski boot storage area

Outside Spaces:
- Expansive screened in porch with comfortable seating area, large dining table and overhead string lighting.
- Gas grill with complimentary propane
- Patio with brand new 7 person hot tub and seating
- The perfect sledding hill! (sleds provided in winter months!)
- Two fire pits
- "Party Barn" - our loving nickname for an outside covered hang out space
- Large driveway with plenty of space for parking

Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a winter sports lover or just seeking a relaxing getaway, you'll find it here. Unwind in the hot tub under the starlit Vermont sky or settle into the large media room for a movie night, complete with plush seating and a home theater system. Your ideal Vermont escape awaits!

You have access to the entire house with the exception of 3 locked supply closets.

We are always here to help, but never overbearing.

During the summer months we have AC units in all 4 upstairs bedrooms.

We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please use the provided pet blanket and limit pets on the furniture. Unauthorized dogs will result in a $500 fee and grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

Wonderful Ski weekend

We had a lovely time at this property. It was perfect getaway for our family and friends. It was a great set up. The adults loved the multiple family rooms to hang out and socialize and the kids had a great time in the basement and hot tub. We would love to visit again!
