“One of the elevators was not working over the weekend we were there. The motel was very busy so several times we had to take the stairs to our 6th floor room!”

“Had the do not disturb sign up and it was 9:30 am with an 11 O Clock check out. Cleaning staff didn’t knock and just entered completely ignoring the sign. ”

“Overall our stay - Was ok. We didn’t have anyone come take out our trash. Breakfast is not free - you will need to pay for it. Which I didn’t see on the booking site. I just saw breakfast included but not free. Not alot of staff”

“Elevator was broken and they couldn’t figure out to let people use the service elevator as well. Nothing but lines to wait for the one working elevator.”

“We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek for a volleyball tournament for the weekend. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was a great room. The morning breakfast was perfect to get something and head out. They have 2 amazing patios to hang out at as well as the location was right across the street from the Mall and many other places. We will stay here again next year. It was a hit with the families.”

“The building felt old and there were things that were broken. The elevators felt old and had broken buttons. The room was ok. It was adequate for one night, but wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal.”

“The staff here is always amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. It is always clean. One treadmill does need to be repaired as it stops after a few minutes. The other one works and the pool is clean.”

“Breakfast didn’t have much to offer, hot tub was full of ball players and pull out bed was filthy, couldn’t watch a movie with kids before bed because the internet kept coming in and out and no bath plug”

“They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up.”

“Room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. They make you take out your own garbage at the end of your stay. There was no water or ice machine in the whole building. This is more of an apartment than a hotel. ”
