“I would have liked to have had my late check out at 1pm, I could have but it would have been 25.00 for each hour after 12 pm. I needed to stay in town to wait for my son and didn’t want to cafe/coffee shop hop, so I opted for the later check-out. I was able to utilize the lobby/lounge area after I checked out until my son was done.”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

“I enjoyed my room, not bad for a one night stay. The only thing that turned me off about my room was that I found stray hairs in the bathtub as well as on the cleaned sheets, and the floor was still a bit dirty after I arrived. I felt a little sketched out with the parking, but I didn't have anything happen to me or my car, so it was fine. The breakfast was good! The staff were all polite and helpful.”
