One of only two apartments in Bridlington to welcome pets, offer ramped access for wheelchairs, with sea views and your own private balcony overlooking the beach.

With private parking, you can take advantage of our prime location, opposite ramped access to Sewerby Cliffs, North Beach, Promenades and coffee shops.

After a day exploring our stunning coastline you can relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves lap up on the beach.



The Space:

A stunning 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 5 guests, overlooking Bridlingtons North Beach.

The apartment is pet friendly, and also wheelchair friendly, with a large balcony and sea views.

Pull up to your seaside escape, parking in your private parking space, head up the ramp and into a generously sized east facing property overlooking the beach.

A large, modern, open plan living space awaits, with large patio doors which lead onto your private balcony. The balcony seating is perfect for alfresco dining, with a hanging egg chair to relax with a book.

The first bedroom has a double bed and one single bed, with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, the second bedroom has a double bed.

The apartment has a large wet room with widened doorframes throughout.

We are happy to accept up to two well behaved pets in our lovely apartment.

The Neighborhood:

Our prime position overlooking the North Bay of Bridlington is envied by many.

Head across to the beach for a splash or a relaxing stroll.

Heading left takes you on a clifftop walk to Sewerby, and Danes Dyke beyond - A stunning part of the Yorkshire coast.

Head right, and you will shortly reach Bridlingtons working harbour, where you can see the fishermen landing the days catch.

With various beach front coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away, you can park the car, and leave it until you head back home.



Getting Around:

You have a parking space on our property.

Our central location means you shouldn't need the car again unless you are venturing out of town. You can hop on the land train for a clifftop ride up to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, or take a short walk into the town, or along the beach to Danes Dyke and Flamborough.

We are a 20 minute walk from the train station, and 15 minutes from the bus station.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless check in, whereby we leave keys in a lockout outside the property for you to let yourselves in.
