“No communication from host until I called VRBO to complain. No reception at the building (a semi-derelict house divided into flats) so we entered via open side door, climbing over litter, building waste and abandoned clutter. No response from the various doors inside. Decided this was a scam and left to seek better accommodation.”

“Lovely comfortable flat with lovely seaside decor. Amazing view of the sea. Close to everything you need. Parking is tight but they do warn you of this, so it wasn’t a surprise. There is some noise from the road as there are traffic lights outside the bedroom window and it’s near the theatre so some noise from there. But it did not affect our long weekend break and we had a wonderful time and would go back.”

“Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up.
