“The property is located on a site which includes a hotel and a group of small private homes. None of which is a negative. The area is very quiet, but you definitely need a car. The surrounding area is sensationally beautiful and well worth a visit and we enjoyed our trips out very much. The property itself was disappointing. It looked good on paper, but the moment we opened the front door, it was smelly. The smell was a continual issue. Every time we returned from a trip, it was as though...

“Chalet/bungalow type property on a small estate of similar properties. Lovely and quiet, ample parking. No amenities onsite, although there is a hotel there and you would need to book to eat there - we asked to pop in for a drink and they said no, we're too busy and short staffed!! Odd way to treat a perspective customer! Its a short drive or walk into charmouth for pub/fish n chips, shop and chemist. The chalet itself was lovely, tastefully decorated and good quality fixtures and fittings, ...

“A splendid and restful week in a beautiful part of the country. Amanda was a very friendly and helpful host when needed. We had great weather so the beaches were our main draw, Hive beach at Burton Bradstock was our favourite, we enjoyed Bridport particularly the Olive Tree restaurant. The drive to Abbottsbury was beautiful when we took the opportunity to visit the Tropical Gardens, beautiful plants and has a very good (and popular) cafe. Overall a really enjoyable and restful stay.”
