There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. “While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. Not happy! Manager said Expedia does that and they have no control. He did take half off dinner but we would...

“We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again.”
