“We didn’t even stay here it was so bad. Room was right next to the front door. Noise from the door banging from other guests was too much. Didn’t realise it ”

“Location great. Easy access. Not worth the money they ask. Smell of urine in stairwell. No hot water for shower in morning. Shower head coming off wall. Thick dust on bathroom towel rail. Stained carpet. Has potential, but clearly not checked for consistent level of quality. Disappointed ”

“Nicely decorated and very clean, cramped and cold though. In a fairly grubby part of town. Very overlooked by other buildings into room. Staff assistance was prompt but there is no in person presence. Quiet at night and good black out blinds. ”

“Il personale era presente solo in alcuni orari (ancora non ho capito quali): all'arrivo in tarda serata non ho trovato nessuno e uscendo prima delle 7:30 non c'era nessuno. Dovevo partecipare ad un evento e avevo una tabella di marcia piuttosto serrata e ho dovuto saltare la colazione 3 volte su 6 perché la cucina apriva troppo tardi e non c'era modo di comunicare con il personale. Sono rimasta bloccata nel bagno perché la serratura della porta era difettosa; per telefonare ho dovuto utilizzare...

“Great stay. Really lovely staff. Excellent value for money. Booked a last minute stay and all went really smoothly. Would stay again and recommend. Basic but everything you need. Would have been great to have more teabags. Booked for two people, but only got 1 teabag”
