The living room space is open plan with the dining room (and kitchen in the next section) and has a 43" flat screen smart TV with apps. The whole property is provided with superfast free wifi supplied by Virgin Media.

As mentioned above the kitchen connects with the living / dining area, which allows you to cook, prepare and eat whilst socialising and watching TV. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay.

This property is 1 of 4 in the building but the only apartment on the ground floor.

Our property is on a quirky but tranquil street however at the end of the road is the lively main road where you are exposed to an array of different stores such as Poundland, Nail/beauty lounge, Greggs, WHSmith and many more.

Parking isn't the best in Brighton however, you are able to park on the surrounding roads outside of the property which is paid parking. Please do not park in the loading bays to avoid any parking tickets.

All bed linen & towels are provided. For stays of 7 nights or more, a clean and/or linen change is available for an additional fee.
