“This was listed as a Radisson 3-star Hotel in downtown Denver and turned out to be the Plaza hotel which was not a three-star hotel it was something that should not be open. Parking was abysmal and I'm disabled so the property was terrible for me and there's no one to help. I was originally put on the third floor instead of the first one when I was also traveling on escorted except for a pitbull who was supposed to be welcome there but there was no pet area and it was dangerous. “No complaints at all. Nice clean place.”

“The front desk girl was helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had good selection and was hot where needed. Housekeeping was horrible! The floor in bathroom was covered in hair around the tub. Housekeeping never show up. I got towels and cleaner from the desk later in the evening and done it myself. They did not replenish towels or take trash from our stay over either. Due to Housekeeping I probably won't stay again.”

“The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure.
