The living area has natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, electric hob, kettle, microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV for streaming all your favourite shows, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can explore the buzzing area and highlights by foot.

We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do, and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:
-No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
-Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud
music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not
the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
-No Pets are allowed at this property.
-Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the
apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
-When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish.
-This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21; we do not accept bookings from groups of
people under this age. If in doubt, please get in touch with us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
Full check-in information will be provided via email and SMS on the day of arrival once the damages deposit has been paid.
