“The grounds are very nice and external kept. The pool was great, except not opening till 2p on Wednesday’s .. not sure why as it’s not a supervised pool. Everything was good, we were in the motor lodge portion of the Publick House.
Con *The mini fridge froze our food, that was disappointing as it was breakfast for my daughter who was attending a daily camp. The balcony chairs could use an update. For the price we paid, I was very happy with this stay. I wouldn’t pay upward to what’s charged...

“We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location.”

“This place was stunning and enjoyed our two nite stay there. Pool and hot tub so refreshing in the hot summer months. Toons were spacious and beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Massachusetts. Thanks for wonderful memories”

“La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, la moquette risulta in alcuni punti da sostituire così come le carte da parati. Buona la posizione ed eccellente il personale. Buono il prezzo”

“Although breakfast is repetitive it is good and filling since it offers egg omelets, sausages, potatoes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereals and yogurts. It was great that the meal area does not get full. Staff was helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue was that 1 of the elevators was broken so it left only 1 of them operating but it was extremely tiny. Our family of 4 with luggage made for a tight fit. Parking is limited just outside the building so if you want to park close,...
