“The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one...

“Chelsea was a Awesome Housekeeper, She was able to help us out with a problem we had with the TV and didn't get upset when I asked for any extras, the 2 maintence guys also were awesome when we had to call for air conditioner not working only to find out it's not AC it's just blown in from up on top into the vent with a fan so they went over and above to get us into a different room. Big Thank You to them. We will be staying there again.”

“Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it.
Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.”
