“The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. “We booked the Alcyone for a friends party being held at Eagle farm racecourse and Alcyone location was within close proximity. Couldn’t fault anything, rooms clean and comfortable, easy checkin and communication. Would highly recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises.”
