“The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

“Rooms are exceptional casual and restaurant meals very good staff are very friendly parking is bit on the expensive side. Traffic noise is quite loud from the main road a room at the back might be better. Overall great place to stay 5min walk to Breakfast Creek Hotel.”
