“Great location, easy to walk from the domestic airport. The hotel took 100AUD deposit but forgot to put it back in our account however, after a quick email they apologised and we got our funds returned. Would still stay here again. ”

Bed was alright for me but my hubby, who's a big guy, could feel the bed springs, so just something to keep in mind if you're a bigger person. There's free laundry on site which was very handy. Front desk staff was friendly. Airport shuttle booking went smoothly. Overall, good stay!”

“The staff were lovely and very accommodating however we encountered issues with the restaurant and they’re grossly understaffed because they were unable to cope with 6-9 tables of people and serving meals. We stayed at this accommodation due to proximity to the events center and paid for the shuttle service from this motel and confirmed with the staff we were on the 6.30 shuttle and if we’d have time to eat, so they knew we were on a time limit issued by the same establishment, we had an hour,...

“Overall visit was good. Breakfast was great and enjoyed the bar - staff very friendly, calm vibe. Room was lovely but bathroom was not the cleanest - some hair left in bath and skim of soap on the bathroom floor made it slippery even when not wet. Arrived as linen truck was loading/unloading and resulting in blocking of driveway so getting in and unloading luggage was a minor hassle. Comfy bed, good amenities and breakfast staff helpful and friendly.”

“Guy who greeted us could not have been less enthused to see us. Also wifi was useless. Could not even open an email or webpage. Wifi is essential. A little customer service goes a long way.”

Long black hair through the linen, even the extra blanket had cigarette burns.. a years worth of dust under the bed, no shampoo or conditioner provided.
