Room was very tired, smelled of smoke, marks & holes on walls. Right on the freeway and VERY noisy. Bed was not comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay. Parking was secure, room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and reliable. Would definitely come back here again🙏❤️

Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites
Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich.

A beautiful private Guest House on Superb Colonial Property.
As far as being pet friendly the property was pretty unsuitable as it was on a busy road, made very much worse by the fact that the gates to the street could not be closed. This necessitated keeping my dog insde or on a leash the whole time when outside.The kitchen was rudimentary at best.
