Pros: Nice curb appeal, thoughtful kitchen amenities, appeared very clean upon arrival, wonderful, quiet, safe neighborhood, nearby waterfront, nice neighbors, huge TVs, AC units with individual controls in most rooms, games/books/crayons for children, beautiful outdoor furniture and patio although unusable being covered with tree debris.Cons: Inaccurate listing states 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Could not find 3rd bath. Texted host, was told it was out of order. Vrbo listing has been changed to 2 baths. 3rd “bedroom” has twin beds but no closet, no egress window, no AC. Very hot/uncomfortable. Listing mentions multiple hair dryers but there were none. Home could use a good deep cleaning of blinds, baseboards, windows, cabinets, drawers, ceiling fan blades. Lots of big dog poop in back yard. Perhaps this needs to be put on turnover checklist. Only two clothing hangers, you may want to pack some. Lots of food in fridge/freezer. Had to shop more frequently. Some of fridge food is grossly expired. Exhaust fans in bathrooms do not exhaust. Toilet on first floor is not bolted properly and rocks. Moldy silicone around kitchen sink. One kitchen cabinet needs hinge repair.Basement has recliners, TV, games. Carpet has small pebbles/crumbs all over & walls have drywall dust. We left a few pebbles on TV table for host to notice.Some of these items are not deal breakers. Pointing out to be constructive. Seems like host was very thoughtful in most areas & wants to do well.

Good spacious home, beautiful water nearby

Rented this house to attend our eldest son’s graduation at Brown. Was only 20min to our son and Brown via the expressway. House is quite spacious and well appointed as a 3 bedroom house. Walke ng distance to the water and beach, 8min drive to Colt State Park. Host was very responsive, check in was very easy. Plenty of restaurants around in Bristol. Would def rent again.

Adorable neighborhood

Nice open concept home, a/c throughout with individual controls. Furniture and beds comfortable, with nice backyard. Could use a real good deep cleaning, and listed as 3 bathrooms, but really only has two. There was one in the basement but it didn’t look like it has been used. We had a great time, appliances are newer and neighbors were friendly.
