Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, I taught myself how to fly fish and caught my first brown trout.It was a beautiful getaway from our busy lives for a few days listening to the river all day.I highly recommend staying here.

Sepectular view of the river, it was so relaxing we only left one time to have supper, the next time we go we already agreed to have all are meals there. Unbelievably clean, this has to be the cleanness place we've ever stayed and I'm 66.My wife has already said this will our mountain getaway and i agree

Stay for race

Everything was absolutely fantastic till a hurricane hit and wiped out east tenessee and west north carolina. We where glad to get out of there when we did. And we really hope the damages to your properties didnt get worse, and hope your family made it thru the storm safely

Recently remodeled property and scenic river-side location!

This is a super clean and recently remodeled property. The property owner was very easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with a variety of items (plenty of paper products, coffee pods...) to make your stay easier. The house is located right alongside the scenic South Holston river. The road access is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't have asked for Better

The house itself was absolutely beautiful. I was awe struck when I walked in. It was clean and cool (it has 88 degrees outside). The view was beautiful from the back porch. Hubby and I sat outside well into the night just watching the water rise and fall. Hubby fly fishes and caught a few rainbow trout right outside the back door. You won't regret booking a stay. Thanks Lottie, it was nice to meet you.

A little piece of heaven in Tennessee!!

Cleo"s Place was such a beautiful, serene, relaxing home to visit for 4 nights during the Christmas holiday that we wish we had stayed longer. Lottie is a wonderful host and this home was spotless.Lottie supplies you with clean linens, towels, paper products, lovely toiletries and soaps for dishes and laundry. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. Coffee and tea was also available. Lottie was kind enough to leave up a beautiful Christmas tree so we could celebrate with our Bristol grand-daughter and family. My son caught 3 trout right out back. Lottie immediately answered my call when I had a question. We will definately be returning this spring so my husband can get in some great fishing.Thank you Lottie for making this such a lovely place to vacation.

Excellent property. Owners refurbed much of the house excellent amenities, riverfront with trout outside back door. Owner does great job of making place feel like home. A very relaxing and comfortable place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Riverfront Property

We had a fantastic stay at Cleo’s Place. The house was super clean and well supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. And the fishing on the river was nothing short of spectacular! We’ll definitely be looking to stay again on our next trip to the area.

Wonderful!

Beautiful place and very relaxing.

Nice location, you feel like you’re way out there and you’re not just a few miles to local restaurants and shopping. If I had my way I would have spent all my time on the back porch. View is great and water was just relaxing. And great place if you’re a fly fisherman, just walk out the back door. Everything you need is there just grab your favorite foods and drinks and you’re set. The couple that manages this also have two other locations, one is next door to this one. So if you’re needing a place to accommodate more both houses are well kept and clean. They also have a third location as well. Lottie and her husband are very friendly and welcoming. They have quite a few regulars that stay at these two places and I see why. I highly recommend either house and the wonderful couple that over see the houses.
