“Staff friendly. Nice to have laundry machines. Did 1 big load. Dryer excellent $3 each. Played pool while waiting for clothes to dry. Nice to have breakfast in the attached restaurant. Dinner there excellent, Stacey great server. I guess the only things: sink was rusty and found a pair of someone’s dirty socks by the bed. Overall I’d stay there again.”

“The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was decently clean and comfortable. It was nice to use the communal kitchen to make dinner that night since it was a remote area and not a lot of food options. The grocery across the street had an amazing selection of items, fresh fruit and vegetables. It was nice to have really good coffee available in the commons area with alternative milk options. The staff was helpful. Would stay again.”

“I'll admit the Carmel is not overly fancy, but its VERY clean, has everything you need, and its exceptional value for the money. I will definitely be staying there the next time I visit town. I wish I had found it sooner.”

“The property was nice! Breakfast was good. Although ends to early, I feel they weren't prepared for the influx of people with the hotel being sold out. There were multiple sports teams at all the hotels this weekend. There was also a huge conference. It promptly was over at 9 and people were waiting for food that was already gone at 830. ( I feel the staff did the best they could ) but especially in those events where they know hey it's a very busy time we should prepare. The amenities were...

“Karen, the beautiful breakfast attendant was lovely, helpful and a warm smile first thing in the morning. The breakfast spread was very good. The hot tub and sauna were very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“The people at the café where you check in were super nice and the food there was wonderful and plentiful. The accommodations, however, could use some attention. I was not uncomfortable sleeping in the bed but the bedding was mismatched and old. I was uncomfortable walking on the floor in my bare feet. It was a bit dirty and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. The only toiletry provided was a bottle of hand soap.”
