“Lovely friendly staff, a very warm welcome. Also really useful information given on the local area of places to visit by the hosts. Fantastic heated pool very attractive, clean and a real luxury. Breakfast a very good choice nicely presented and delicious cooked breakfasts. We had a premier room which was lovely overlooked the side of property and a fridge in the room was fab. Beds had firm mattresses alittle hard for my spine, but great for the majority of people.”

We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. “The property doesn't have its own parking. There is free parking available on the street parallel to the entrance but this wasn't clear from the description. I appreciated the keyless nature of the accommodation. The gate lock can be a bit tricky to open. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They provide some food in the small lounge but I couldn't see anything gluten free.”
