“Excellent location , right by the ocean. Staff were helpful , but there were times the office was locked , but the on call person came quickly to help when we needed some help. There is no elevator and there are three levels - this is the biggest flaw ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bellmoor in the Aspen VIP room and would happily return in the future. The hotel exudes a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, complemented by thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks for guests. The food was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from attention. The carpet in our room was noticeably stained, and the armrest of the chair appeared dirty and dingy....

“The good : The location could not be better. The hot tub was also very nice The bad: The beds were uncomfortable and I don't believe they were queen size. The pull out sofa bed was terrible,with a very thin mattress. The street noise woke us up every morning at 5am. Also, there was a alarm or something like one going off in another room every 5 seconds for the duration of our trip. They could not locate the cause of the noise ”
